CALIFORNIA BANK AND TRUST SELECTS THE EDCOMM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

California Bank and Trust has selected The Edcomm Group to provide customer service training to its bank employees. Edcomm will deliver Serving Your Customer, an interactive and participative two-day course focused on teaching banking professionals how to provide both external and internal customers with an excellent Customer Experience.

Serving Your Customer teaches how and why providing excellent customer service throughout your organization truly contributes to its success. It covers all aspects of customer service from building positive working relationships to dealing with interpersonal and organizational conflict. Participants learn the skills and techniques of effective communication as well as strategies for anticipating and satisfying the needs of their customers.
