THE EDCOMM GROUP PRESENTS ACHIEVING TELLER EXCELLENCE - A NEW BANK TELLER TRAINING PROGRAM

The Edcomm Group has developed Achieving Teller Excellence, a teller training program that provides new tellers with the skills needed to perform their job duties, as well as the ability to effectively interact with customers and represent their organization.
Achieving Teller Excellence is a comprehensive training program that teaches the knowledge, skills and attitude that make tellers successful. Using instructor-led, computer-based and role-play techniques, it introduces new tellers to the banking industry and provides them with both the skills and professionalism to perform their job functions. The Edcomm Group can quickly and efficiently customize the program with the participant bank's systems, products and services.
Achieving Teller Excellence orients new tellers to the world of banking, by giving them an overview of the industry and a taste of the challenges they will face. It prepares them to interact well with customers, to complete processing and settlement transactions quickly and correctly, and to understand the compliance issues that affect their work.
Clients can have The Edcomm Group deliver the instruction, or license the program for internal use. Edcomm will train your trainers to deliver the course by providing a detailed instructor manual and training workshop.
