THE EDCOMM GROUP PRESENTS ACHIEVING PLATFORM EXCELLENCE

The Edcomm Group has developed Achieving Platform Excellence, a platform training program that teaches platform professionals how to combine the sales and service aspects of their jobs in order to create good customer relationships.
Achieving Platform Excellence is a comprehensive training program that gives platform professionals what they need to become relationship managers. The course begins with an overview of the banking industry, and then addresses the tasks and responsibilities of the platform. Using instructor-led, computer-based and role-play techniques, participants learn how to use their systems, how to work with others and how to manage their responsibilities. Topics covered include communication skills, service standards, product detail and cross-selling skills. The Edcomm Group can quickly and efficiently customize the program with the participant bank's systems, products and services.
Clients can have The Edcomm Group deliver the instruction, or license the program for internal use. Edcomm will train your trainers to deliver the course by providing a detailed instructor manual and training workshop.
