THE EDCOMM GROUP CREATES INTEGRATED DOCUMENTATION AND EDUCATION ACCESS SYSTEM (IDEAS)

The Edcomm Group has developed IDEAS, an integrated online education and documentation system. IDEAS is a one-stop solution for easily creating and managing customized training and documentation components.
The IDEAS interface provides users with a tool to easily create and manage both online and printable user support materials. A central knowledge base of Microsoft Word files is combined with customization options to generate an online User Support Center, Help function, printable User Guide, Participant Guide and Instructor Guide for any number of individual projects. IDEAS lets the user create any or all of these components based on the content selected from the central knowledge base.
Further customization is available by formatting colors and styles that change the look of the materials. Individual projects can be personalized with individual color schemes and logos working off the same knowledge base. This allows for the creation of multiple "looks" running off of the same core content.
