THE EDCOMM GROUP PRESENTS LEADERSHIP: SHARING THE VISION - A LEADERSHIP COURSE FOR THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY

The Edcomm Group has created a motivational leadership course specifically designed for the financial services industry. The course, titled Leadership: Sharing the Vision, is an interactive, participative program that provides interpersonal communication skills and strategies for clients in the banking, insurance, card services and financial services industries. It is about the passion and commitment that true leaders must have - for their work, their people, and their results
Leadership: Sharing the Vision is a two-day program that will improve the communication and interpersonal leadership qualities of the participants. Modules contain models, activities and discussions on topics including What Makes a Leader?, The Leadership Paradox, Delegate Delegate Delegate, Listen and Learn, Building Trust Relationships and Change Management. Furthermore, it motivates participants by focusing not only on the skills needed, but on the attitude, commitment, and drive to be successful that are necessary to be a true leader.
Clients can have The Edcomm Group deliver the instruction, or license the program for internal use. Edcomm will train your trainers to deliver the course by providing a detailed instructor manual and training workshop.
