Notes: "Problem Solving & Decision Making" is a high-energy, one-day session during which participants learn the SOLVER Model and how to apply it to actual individual and team problem cases. The Model focuses on defining goals, determining problem triggers, identifying alternatives and finally, choosing a course of action. Participants leave this course knowing how to solve problems and make decisions quickly and confidently!
